If you’re thinking of applying for planning permission in Northern Ireland, here’s a quick guide to the latest DOE fee scales 👇

🏠 Single Dwelling e.g replacement dwelling or new build

Outline Application – £515 (followed by reserved matters £515)

Full Application – £1,035 (Permission to develop land)

🏡 Extensions or Alterations to an Existing Home: £347 (Householder Development)
